Robotic automation for manufacturers beyond Turkey

From Istanbul, Woirtech plans, builds, installs and services robot cells for factories in the Middle East and the Gulf, Central Asia and the Caucasus, Eastern Europe and Latin America.

How we work abroad

One engineering partner from first call to commissioning

Woirtech is an Istanbul-based robotic system integrator that delivers turnkey robot cells and after-sales service to manufacturers in other countries: robotic welding, palletizing and packaging, machine tending, material handling, assembly, cutting and machine vision.

Most of the early work happens remotely: we study your parts, drawings, videos and target output, then prepare a concept with a cycle-time estimate before anyone travels.

Our engineers install and commission the cell at your plant, train your operators and maintenance staff, and stay available afterwards through remote connection and planned service visits. You work with one accountable team instead of separate suppliers for design, robots, installation and service.

Regions

Where we deliver robot projects

Each region has its own industries, standards and growth plans. These are the markets where industrial robot investment is rising fastest and where our solutions fit best.

01

Middle East & Gulf

Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan and Egypt. National industrial programmes such as Saudi Vision 2030 and the UAE’s “Operation 300bn” are driving new factories and local manufacturing, and with them demand for automation.

  • Welding cells for steel structures, HVAC and metal fabrication
  • Palletizing and packaging for food, beverage and building materials
  • Robot cells planned for high ambient temperatures and dust
02

Central Asia & Caucasus

Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Kyrgyzstan. Fast-growing industrial zones, close ties with Turkey and the ability to work in Turkish and Russian make project communication straightforward.

  • Robotic welding for automotive parts and metal products
  • End-of-line palletizing for textiles, food and building materials
  • Service, programming and training for existing robot lines
03

Eastern Europe & Balkans

Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Serbia, North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Nearshoring is bringing new production lines to the region, and labour shortages make automation a priority.

  • Automotive and white-goods supplier cells
  • Safety concept planned around EU machinery requirements
  • Short travel and logistics distance from Istanbul
04

Latin America

Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru. Automotive, appliance, food and metal industries are investing in robots to raise output and keep quality consistent.

  • Welding and assembly cells for automotive and appliances
  • Palletizing for food and beverage plants
  • Remote support across time zones

Project steps

How an international robot project runs

A clear, staged process keeps cost, schedule and responsibility transparent even when the plant is thousands of kilometres away.

  1. Step 1: Remote pre-assessment

Video calls, drawings, 3D models, part samples and production targets help us understand the job before travelling.

  2. Step 2: Concept and simulation

Cell layout, robot and equipment selection, cycle-time estimate and a technical and commercial proposal.

  3. Step 3: Engineering and build

Mechanical, electrical and software design, equipment supply and pre-assembly, with progress shared at agreed milestones.

  4. Step 4: Installation and commissioning

Our engineers install the cell at your plant, integrate it with your machines and prove the agreed output and quality.

  5. Step 5: Training and remote support

Operator and maintenance training on site, followed by remote connection and planned service visits.

Does Woirtech deliver robot cells outside Turkey?

Yes. Woirtech is an Istanbul-based robotic system integrator that designs, installs and services industrial robot cells for manufacturers in the Middle East and the Gulf, Central Asia and the Caucasus, Eastern Europe and Latin America.

Which countries do you work in?

Our focus markets are Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Hungary, Serbia, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru. If your country is not listed, ask us: the project model is the same.

How is a robot cell installed in another country?

After remote analysis and concept approval, the cell is engineered and built, then shipped to your plant. Our engineers install and commission it on site, integrate it with your existing machines and train your team.

How do you provide service after installation abroad?

Through remote connection to the robot and cell controls where your IT policy allows it, plus planned and on-demand service visits. Preventive maintenance and programming training are also available.

Which robot brands do you work with?

We work with widely used industrial robot brands such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA and Yaskawa Motoman, and choose the brand together with you based on the application, payload, reach and the service network in your country.
