Selection guide

Which application solves which problem?

We summarized the first application to look at based on the problem you face in production.

Which application solves which problem?
Criteria Your problem Recommended application
Quality Weld seams vary from operator to operator Robotic welding cell
End of line Palletizing staff cannot keep up, and back injuries occur Robotic palletizing
Inspection Defective parts reach the customer Quality inspection with machine vision
Capacity CNC machines sit idle waiting to be loaded Robotic machine tending
Flow Parts are carried between stations by hand Material handling and conveyors
Scrap High material loss in cutting Robotic laser or plasma cutting
Questions

About choosing an application

Which robotic application is right for my process?

The right application depends on your part weight, volume, tolerance requirements and the bottleneck in your line. In a free needs analysis meeting, we review your process and recommend the application that will have the greatest impact.

Can a single robot do more than one job?

Yes. With the right gripper and cell design, a single robot can, for example, handle both machine tending and palletizing. If the cycle time allows, this approach significantly lowers the investment cost.

Does it make sense to use robots for small-batch production?

Yes. Thanks to flexible cells designed for quick product changeovers and ready-made program libraries, robotic automation also works efficiently in small and medium batch production.
